Experts advice on swimsuits this summer

you lose weight this winter and are excited to buy a new swimsuit this summer? Maybe you are going to a tropical island or a resort? Here are some expert's advice on what is in style and how to find one if we aren't perfect with the body yet.

Jody Schwartz senior vice president of Free Country, "Bold, bright colors are always popular for summer. This summer's on trend colors are bright pinks, turquoise, and violets. Pastels are also making a comeback  with soft aquas, mints and citrus leading the way. Animal prints with a twist are fun options. They are best when they are not so literal, but rather a hint of skin and texture with pops of color".

Cathy Hernandez. Vice president of Tommy Bahamas women's swimwear,  if you decide you want a print style but do not want every eye on you at the beach you go or your local pool tells us that if we want prints then we should choose a medallion, paisley or cool color ombre styles. She suggests "These type of prints tend to be  'no print prints' . They a re cool and sophisticated and they won't scream out 'Here I am' when arriving poolside at the resort"

Jody Schwartz says that if you are self conscious of a bigger abdominal area wear a diagonal stripe and you'll automatically have a smaller waist.

It is also essential of buying a swimsuit; is your body mostly curvy? If it is you will probably pick one with vertical panels to narrow the waistline and the panels should be black or navy.
IF you have a big bust then you should buy a swimsuit you should buy one with a top part that has under wires and separates so that you can buy a larger top and smaller bottom.
If you're bottom heavy don't buy family family bottom pieces with ruffles or designs that will just make peoples eyes going to look at your bottom. If you just want to make your bottom look smaller you should wear a solid color on the bottom and a flashy top with a bright color or design and print. This will make people look more at your chest.

Kathleen Bruering owner and head designer for Kate Swim says,"Look for a bright neon or saturated jewel tones to accent your skin . Think about your skin color. Black is a fantastic plastic classic, but it does nothing to pull the amazing colors in your skin . Start with rich Saturated colors like navy blue, plum, or a deep ruby to see what your personal color palette is and what you should look out for in your next shopping trip".

Styles that can be worn this summer are ones that are inspired by the vintage look that are long and lean silouhettes. Try a one piece or a takini and a nice touch is  to buy one with ruffles on the borders are the things this summer.
Cathy Hernandez gives us her okay that it is in style to mix and match. Buy a couple in solid colors and some patterns then mix them up. It can even be two totally different colors. It wmakes it nice if you can wear your swimsuit by how you feel that day.
